The "STC tested" Mark and Hong Kong Safety Mark Certification Award Ceremony and Product Safety Carnival 2009 :

On November 1^st 2009, The "STC tested" Mark and Hong KongSafety Mark Certification Award Ceremony and Product Safety Carnival 2009 has come to a successful closing. The host HKSTC together with around 30 participant companies have ran a 3 day 2 night carnival in Theme Atrium of Olympian City 2, Mongkok. The event has demonstrated positive effect of HKSTC in service to the government, SME, and the community while promoting the idea of product safety to the public.

During the opening ceremony on October 30^th, 2009,  our Chairman, Mr. Tom Tang JP and Chief Executive, Dr. Richard Fung of STC group together have presented the “STC tested” mark and HK safety Mark certifications to representatives of around 30 certified companies. STC has also appointed a famous singer Ms Kary Ng as the 2009 Product Safety Ambassador, aiming to ensure product safety for consumers of the entire community. Together with other VIPs, she presented the safety invention award to award-winning students from 8 local primary and secondary school.
