With regard to achieving customer service excellence, our Customer Service Department is responsible for providing customers with timely pick-up and delivery services, handling customers' inquiries, delivering updated HKCC information to customers, managing the storage and retrieval affairs of the warehouse, etc. To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, our Customer Service Department will carry out market surveys and analyze survey results regularly.

Sample Pick-up & Delivery Service

HKCC will provide you with the service of sample pickup to cater for your needs. Our professional courier team can go to your offices to pick up the sample for you.
 
If the reports and tested samples are to be returned to you, you can choose to collect them at our head office or Customer Service Centre at Cheung Sha Wan MTR station. You can also choose to enjoy our sample delivery service to send the reports and samples to your place.
