Student Safety Ambassdor Application Form

In order to raise product safety awareness among students in Hong Kong, HKSI carries out the Student Safety Ambassador Scheme in 2005, inviting students to share the responsibility to promote product safety. Once a student became safety ambassador, he/she will receive regular product safety information from HKSI, and will be first in line to participate in the events organized by HKSI, and even have a chance to be on the same stage with our product safety star.

Students who are interested please print out and fill in the Safety Ambassdor Application Form (Chinese Version). and send this form by email to hksi@hk-si.com or by fax at (852) 2661 3181.
